Glueless Wig processing

Custom units will be ready in 7-14 business days, with braided units taking 14 business days. With our Expedite service fee, Glueless wigs can be completed in 1-3 days and braided wigs in 7 days. This fee will prioritize your order and move it to the front of the line if there are other orders ahead of yours. Once your unit is finished, you will receive a tracking number. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to reach any US state, while express shipping takes 1-2 days. Orders cannot be changed on the website after being placed, so please contact us at robeautee@gmail.com for any modifications needed. We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we will take responsibility for lost products due to USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing custom orders, and 1-3 business days for Ready to Ship custom wigs. After shipping, please add an additional 2-6 days for delivery. Note that processing times may be longer during holiday sales and special occasions.

 Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are based on when your order will arrive once shipped. A shipping label will be created and attached to your order upon receipt of payment, but orders will not be shipped until they are ready. All shipments require a signature upon delivery and cannot be left unattended. For international shipping, please be aware that duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations. SHIPPING DELAYS

It is always wise to place your order well in advance to ensure your convenience. Whether you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other commitment, ordering ahead allows for unexpected delays. We will provide a delivery estimate based on information from our shipping partner, UPS. Please be aware that we are not liable for late shipments caused by inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Keep in mind that holidays are not considered business days when calculating shipping times. We rely on UPS for timely delivery and do not offer reimbursement for delayed packages.

All wigs are made to order. In addition to ready-to-ship wigs, all wigs are colored in-house and may vary slightly from the photos displayed.
If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to discuss possible substitutions. If a substitution is not acceptable, you may choose to cancel the sale and receive a refund.
If you provide the wrong address, please contact us immediately via email. Once the hair is shipped, we are unable to change the location unless USPS ships it back to us. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. You have the option to have your hair shipped to a local USPS location for pickup. For address changes, please contact robeautee@gmail.com.
