Human hair is a natural product. Slight variations in color, texture, curl pattern, density, and other characteristics may occur.
3. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain ROBeautee wigs are customized or made to order according to selections made by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections before completing an order, including but not limited to:
- Wig length
- Hair texture
- Color
- Cap size
- Lace or construction options
- Styling and customization selections
- Shipping information
Once production or customization has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, promotional, or typographical errors.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Available payment and installment options are displayed at checkout and may vary based on eligibility, location, order amount, or payment provider requirements.
Customers using third-party installment or payment services may also be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.
5. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers, discount codes, rewards, and special pricing may be subject to additional restrictions, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
ROBeautee reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions and to cancel orders involving unauthorized or fraudulent use of promotional offers.
6. PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Made-to-order, customized, braided, and Ready-to-Ship products may have different processing times.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, alterations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
Due to the hygienic and customized nature of many ROBeautee products, certain merchandise may be final sale or subject to specific eligibility requirements.
Customers should review the applicable policy before completing their purchase.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at robeautee@gmail.com.
Requests are not guaranteed.
Customized or made-to-order products generally cannot be canceled or substantially changed after production or customization has begun.
9. ACCOUNTS
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.
Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
10. ROBEAUTEE REWARDS
Participation in ROBeautee Rewards may be subject to separate program conditions.
Points, rewards, referral benefits, redemption values, and eligibility requirements may change or expire according to the applicable rewards program rules.
Rewards generally have no cash value unless otherwise required by law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on ROBeautee.shop—including our brand name, logos, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, videos, website content, and original designs—is owned by or licensed to ROBeautee LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
