What type of hair do ROBeautee wigs use?

ROBeautee wigs are crafted with 100% human hair, with Virgin and Raw Hair options available depending on the collection. Each unit is designed to provide a natural appearance, beautiful movement, and long-lasting wear when properly maintained.

How do I choose the correct wig cap size?

For the most comfortable and secure fit, we recommend measuring your head before placing your order.

Before measuring: Braid or flatten your natural hair as closely to your scalp as possible. Use a soft measuring tape and avoid pulling it too tightly.

Circumference: Measure around your entire head, following your natural hairline from the forehead around to the nape.

Front to Nape: Measure from the center of your forehead hairline, over the top of your head, to the center of your nape.

Ear to Ear Across Forehead: Measure from one ear to the other along the front hairline.

Ear to Ear Over the Top: Measure from the hairline above one ear, across the top of your head, to the other ear.

Temple to Temple: Measure from one temple around the back of your head to the opposite temple.

Nape: Measure across the width of your hairline at the nape of your neck.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger cap size for a more comfortable fit.

What are bleached knots?

Lace wigs are created by securing individual strands of hair to the lace, which can leave small visible knots.

Bleaching the knots helps lighten their appearance, allowing the lace and hairline to look more natural and creating the illusion that the hair is growing directly from the scalp.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I install my glueless wig?

ROBeautee glueless wigs are designed to make installation simple.

1. Prep your hair.
Braid or flatten your natural hair underneath the wig.

2. Prepare the lace.
If needed, lightly apply lace tint, foundation, or powder that closely matches your skin tone to the inside of the lace.

3. Put on your wig.
Position the unit so the hairline sits naturally.

4. Adjust the fit.
Secure and adjust the elastic band, combs, or other built-in features for a comfortable fit.

5. Customize the lace.
Carefully trim any excess lace along the hairline if your unit does not arrive pre-cut.

For select units, pre-cut lace may be available as a customization option.

Can I curl, straighten or style my wig?

Yes. Because our wigs are made with human hair, they can generally be curled, straightened and restyled.

We recommend using a heat protectant and moderate temperatures to help preserve the quality and longevity of your unit. Excessive heat can cause dryness and damage over time.

Can I color my ROBeautee wig?

Many of our Virgin and Raw Human Hair units can be professionally colored. However, results can vary depending on the original color and previous processing of the hair.

For major color transformations, we strongly recommend having your unit colored by an experienced professional.

How long will my wig last?

The lifespan of your wig depends heavily on the hair quality, frequency of wear, styling habits and maintenance.

Proper washing, conditioning, heat protection and storage can significantly extend the life of your unit.

Do your wigs require glue?

Many ROBeautee units are designed to be glueless and ready to wear, meaning adhesive is not required for everyday installation when the wig fits properly.

Always check the individual product description, as construction and customization options may vary between units.

Are your wigs ready to wear?

Our Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order collections may have different preparation and customization options.
